Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offers answers to frequently asked questions regarding senior living in TylerQ: Do you currently have openings for new residents?
We have different types of programs available. We have frequent availability in our "Rapid Recovery Rehab" program due to our success rate. We also have private and semi-private rooms available from time to time for long term care or VA residents. We have a waiting list for Medicaid Recipients. Call us and let us help you decide what you need.

Q: What type of financial programs do you participate in?
A: In addition to accepting private pay residents we are happy to work with Medicare Part A, VA Aid & Attendance, Medicaid, and Private Insurance.

Q: What type of center and in-house activities do your residents participate in?
A: In-house programs include a wide range of social, spiritual and recreational activities geared toward living life to its fullest. We believe in therapeutic fun and wellness. Check out our Events Page. Our field trips will include shopping trips, luncheons, sporting events, church functions and "Sunday Drive" trips, just to name a few...

Q: Do you have Specialized (therapeutic) Diets?
A: Yes, we can accommodate any dietary need as ordered by your Physician.

Q: Do you have social services?
A: Yes, Social Services are available to help meet the Psycho-Social and emotional needs of each resident. A full time Social Worker and a full time Case Manger are available on site.

Q: Do you allow personal items in the rooms?
A: Personal items are encouraged to help the resident achieve a homelike atmosphere. While we have to follow many rules that imposed by the regulatory agencies, we can help you determine what is best to bring.

Q: Is Park Place part of a big corporation?
A: Park Place is a locally owned and operated. The managing owner is on site as the Administrator. The company is made up of family and friends.
